Justin Hoilman is a digital and physical artist with a wide array of creative skills, notable skills are 3D modeling, videography, computer aided drafting and design, and pen and ink drawing. Justin traveled abroad to Switzerland, Italy, France, Austria, Germany, and the UK, for three months as a student ambassador for the state of North Carolina in 2010 for cultural relations and art history. During the COVID-19 pandemic Justin created face shields and testing swabs using a 3D printer to be dispersed to local hospitals, his efforts were mentioned in both a UNCA article and a VICE News segment. Justin holds a BA in New Media from UNCA (‘20) as well as an AAS in Computer-Aided Drafting Technology and two certifications in Architectural Drafting. As a student Justin managed the 3D fabrication lab and helped fellow students in the field of 3D printing and Fusion360 software.
